Menues for WB 08-28-16



SUNDAY
B: Hard boiled eggs with toast, butter, cracked pepper
L: pizza roll (tom sauce on ww roll, parmesan cheese.  May have zucc or not)
D: leftovers? (clean refrig) or Beef and Spinach Pita (use ground turkey), veggies salad, mini tomatoes,

MONDAY
B: Cracked wheat, butter, brown sugar, dried fruit snipped into it
L: Vegetable broth or soup - toast and/or crackers and peanut butter
D: Greens and Beans, brown rice, veggie salad, steamed carrots and/or sweet potatoes

TUESDAY
B: Apple fritters
L: Veggie salad w Caesar dressing
D: Mexican Lasagna, veggie salad
S:

WEDNESDAY
B: Eggs goldenrod on toast with butter
L: Cheese sandwich
D:

THURSDAY
B:  Rolled Oats, butter, brown sugar, apples, raisins
L: lo casserole
D: Chicken Broccoli Soup, veggie salad, whole grain rolls

FRIDAY
B:Orange Waffles (use dehydrated oranges) and honey
L: lo lunch
D: Chicken Parmesan, steamed greens, eggplant, veggie salad

SATURDAY
B: Coffeecake
L: Fish stew, challah, cheese, small tomatoes, zucchini hors d'oeuvres
D: Vegetable Pie, tuna salad, Challah,

Halibut Piccata,  baked potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes, steamed greens
