B:Bulghur Wheat, butter, brown sugar, yogurt, coffee
L:Homemade cabbage roll soup (variation of), wwheat toast, coffee
D:Chicken Parmesan, Greens, honeyed carrots, tea

TUESDAY
B:Homemade WW Toast and homemade jelly, yogurt, coffee
L:tomato pepper onion salad with dressing
D:Mexican Lasagna, tomato salad

WEDNESDAY
B:Hard boiled eggs in a cup with whole wheat toast, cracked black pepper, coffee
L:PBJ (homemade jelly) on WWheat bread, coffee
D:Turkey and kale pita, veggie salad

THURSDAY
B:Kasha, yogurt, brown sugar, butter, coffee
L:casserole (stroll through frozen food leftovers)
D:Chicken broccoli soup (try with the sprouting broccoli), veggie salad, whole grain rolls

L:anything leftover from luncheon menu
